- 24 min workout √ (12 min w/o = 60 cable presses (magenta), 60 asst chins, 36 (each leg) 1 leg stair step-ups, 24 Stair Crawls)
Breakfast:

- Dried Fruit and raw nuts – 1 oz
Lunch:
Snack:
- Bumble Baby from Co-op (sesame seeds, agave, cashews, peanut butter, salt) Although these have salt and are sweet, they do make a good treat when I really, really want something sweet)
Dinner:
- Smoothie (blueberries, grapes, pineapple, spinach, kale, orange)
- Left over lasagna
Today was great! I ate really well, enjoyed a great workout, and had fun with the meditation group!
