January 7th

Goals Today:

  • Vegan
  • Grain Free
  • Wheat Free
  • Corn Free
  • Alcohol Free
  • 30 min of Meditation / Yoga (meditation group)
  • 24 min workout (12 min w/o = 60 cable presses (magenta), 60 asst chins,  36 (each leg) 1 leg stair step-ups, 24 Stair Crawls)


  • Apple
  • Dried Fruit and raw nuts – 1 oz



  • Bumble Baby from Co-op (sesame seeds, agave, cashews, peanut butter, salt)  Although these have salt and are sweet, they do make a good treat when I really, really want something sweet)


  • Smoothie (blueberries, grapes, pineapple, spinach, kale, orange)
  • Left over lasagna

Today was great!  I ate really well, enjoyed a great workout, and had fun with the meditation group!

January 5th

Goals Today:

  • Vegan x (ranch dressing)
  • Grain Free √
  • Wheat Free √
  • Corn Free x (corn chips and ranch dressing)
  • Alcohol Free √
  • 20 min of Mediation / Yoga √ (mediation was hard)


  • Coffee
  • Smoothie (water, banana, blueberries, pineapple, Kale)

Shoot – I had a Dr’s appt this afternoon and got really stressed out!  My reponse was to stop at the fast food place and get french fries and dip them into ranch dressing.  Then later, I figured I had already fallen off of my wagon, so I got tortilla chips and quacomole!
