Goals Today:

  • Vegan √
  • Grain Free√
  • Wheat Free√
  • Corn Free √
  • Alcohol Free X (Brandy Sour after dinner)
  • 30 min of Meditation / Yoga X (no meditation today)
  • 30 min workout √ (10 min 15/15 cable presses and asst. chin-ups | 10 mins of 15/15 lunges and squats | 10 min of 15/15 stair crawls)

Breakfast:

  • Coffee
  • Smoothie (water, kale, blueberries, banana, and pineapple)

Lunch:

Dinner

  • Left over tofu, zucchini stew
  • Left over peanut stew

Today was a good day for food.  The workout felt great as well.  Dinner was definitely fridge clean-out!
